Siliconized Sealant

Siliconized sealant is a hybrid filling and sealing material developed by adding silicone additives to acrylic-based sealants. It offers both the easy application of acrylic sealants and the water resistance of silicones. It is frequently preferred in interior and exterior applications. After drying, it remains flexible and adapts to structural movements.

• Water resistance: Thanks to the silicone additive, it does not absorb water and is waterproof.
• Flexible structure: It retains its flexibility even after drying and does not crack.
• Paintability: Can be painted with water-based paints, providing an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
• Mold resistance: Resistant to mold and mildew growth in humid environments.
• Easy application: Can be easily applied with a sealant gun.
• Fast drying: Dries quickly depending on ambient conditions.
• High surface adhesion: Adheres well to concrete, wood, drywall, and metal surfaces.
• Solvent-free formula: Does not produce a strong odor, can be safely used indoors.

1. Interior joint fillers
   Bathroom and kitchen joints, wall junctions, drywall joints
2. Window and door frames
   Window frame surrounds, door frames, cabinet edges
3. Exterior applications
   Facade cladding joints, jamb connection points.
4. Between balconies and terraces
   Balcony railing joints, terrace joint fillings.
5. Lightly wet volumes
   Bathroom fixture surrounds, sink edges, shower enclosure joints.
6. Furniture assembly
   Joints of wooden furniture, cabinet interior joints.

• The surface must be clean, dry, and free of dust before application.
• If the material coming out of the gun nozzle is applied in a thin line, it will be easier to correct.
• After application, the surface can be gently smoothed with a finger or spatula for a smoother appearance.
• To prevent dust from adhering to the surface during the drying process, the area should be temporarily closed off if possible.
• The surface must be completely dry before painting; otherwise, a wavy appearance may result.
